At Sunshades Eyewear we pride ourselves on customer service to ensure loyalty and satisfaction. If you encounter any concerns with your recent purchase, please read warranty information below for more details.

 

Selected frames are warranted against manufacturing faults from the date of purchase. Please refer to swing tag or warranty card inside of case for length of warranty. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase. The warranty is valid only for goods that are purchased new and does not cover damage caused by general wear, abuse or mishandling. Warranty claims must be submitted at the purchaser’s expense by returning the goods to the place of purchase, or to Sunshades Eyewear. Sunshades Eyewear will repair or replace faulty frames that are covered by the warranty. This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies of the purchaser under the laws in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
